George Pierce Park
Sydney got her first tooth yesterday. It is on the bottom left of her mouth. She has been drooling like crazy so we are using some of Eric's old bibs.

Neighborhood Block Party
One of the streets in our neighborhood held a block party. We brought some food, beer, Eric's bike, and some fold out chairs and headed down the block. We all had a wonderful time. It was nice having such a good time within walking distance from our house.
In the picture above Garrett and Eric are enjoying a Popsicle break from bike riding.

Hillcrest Orchards
Over the weekend we went to Hillcrest Orchard. We had a wonderful time. Besides the acres and acres of apples that you could pick the farm had a petting zoo, little pedal carts to ride, tractor rides, a playground, beehive, great food, cloggers, and a little market store. Above are Eric and daddy in the petting zoo feeding baby goats, lambs, and calves.
I think this picture is funny because the goats are all in a line.
Eric was afraid that the baby goats would bite him so he stayed very close to daddy.
"Help. Daddy he is going to bite me."
Daddy and mini me.
Sydney is 6 months old today. She is 17lbs and 1.4 oz and is 25.5 inches long. She is in the 50% percentile for height and 50-75% for weight. The doctor said she is absoultely perfect!!
Eric became more comfortable the longer he was with the baby animals and was able to feed the goats before leaving.
A really long slide that Eric was very excited to ride. He ran right up the grassy hill to the top and hopped right on the slide. What a big boy!
Eric and daddy petting a bull. Eric could have sat on the bull but he was afraid.

Sydney
Sydney is sitting, rolling in both directions, and can get all the way up on her knees and rock. I am sure she will be crawling any day now. What a big girl!!

Rainy Labor Day at Monkey Joe's
The first 30 minutes we were at Monkey Joe's Eric was scared and did not want to go in any of the bouncy house's. Daddy went in with him but he did not want to get down. We were about ready to take Eric home when we decided to try once more. We stuck Eric in a toddler bouncy house. All of a sudden Eric decided that Monkey Joe's was a very fun place after all. It was wonderful to see him go from being scared to bouncing all over the place, belly flopping, jumping off the slides, and running from one bouncy house to another.
Eric and Daddy coming down the big slide together.

Eric gaining confidence and climbing up to the slide by himself.
Eric sliding all by himself and having a blast.
So happy!!! Eric and I were just excited that he was enjoying himself while wearing himself out.

Newtown Park
What a cutie!!
We took the familly to Newtown Park on Sunday. They have a very nice astroturf dog park with fountains and a bridge just for dogs.
Eric was a little afraid to get out of the stroller but once he got out had a nice time playing with all the doggies. He was also very determined to cross the bridge that was just for doggies. He did sneak across it about 3 times which he was quite pleased about. "I walked across the bridge just for doggies!"
Pure happiness!!
After Frank was all tired out we took Eric to the playground to play.
The coolest thing at the playground was a ride powered by Daddy. You can see in the next picture.
Daddy turned the crank and then the little platform that Eric is sitting on went back and forth across the track.
When we were ready to go we were able to convience Eric to get in the stroller by offering him Daddy's La Croix (All Natural Bubbly Flavored Water).

Cagles Family Farm

Going through the giant corn maze.
On the way to the farm we drove by this..... Very odd. Eric and I thought that maybe someone won the lottery and decided to build themselves a castle home.
