Frank's Water

Caught in action....

Eric loves splashing around in Frank's water.  It does not really matter if we say no or not...  He will run around the corner splash in the bowl and then run off only to come back and start over a few minutes later.  He knows he is not supposed to do it so he gets an even bigger kick out of it.

When Eric finished walking around clapping, he pushed his chair all around the deck.  He loves pushing things.  Hmmmm  I wonder where his strength and interest in pushing objects comes from... :-)

Chef Hat

Eric made a chef had at School on Tuesday.  If you look closely you can see he scribbled on it.  I just thought he looked so cute sitting in the little chair at the table.  He looks so grown up.  No more high chairs and cribs at school.  He sits at a table in a chair and sleeps on a cot.  I was also told that he went down a slide all by himself on the playground.  His teacher, Mrs. Robin, told me that he climbed up the ladder and sat at the top for a while contemplating if he wanted to go down or not but when he finally did he enjoyed it so much he did it over and over again.

Where did my hat go????  It was on my head a minute ago. :-)

The Pool

Little Monkey enjoying his raft.  He smiled every time I stopped taking pictures.  He was having a very good time splashing, kicking his feet and making dolphin noises.

I am not sure why the camera is foggy but he looked super cute sitting on the lawn chair.

Water Table

Eric has been walking well ever since June 18th.  He becomes more and more comfortable every day.  He loves his water table.  The funniest part is that he does not mind sticking his face right in the water fountain.

In the background you can see the new deck that we had put in the back yard.  We love it!!!  The patio is now flagstone and the deck comes off of the patio and to the right all the way to the side of the house with a bench rail to sit on.

My Birthday

For My Birthday Eric took me to Stoney River for dinner and to a movie while Grandma and Grandpa Hornsby watched the little guy.  We had a wonderful time.  It was nice having some alone adult time.
