Eric loves to dance.  In this video he had climbed up on his couch and was dancing to an MTV music video until Daddy called.

Little Monkey!

Eric has decided he wants to climb on everything.  He climbed up into the leather chair and was inspecting our glass lamp in only a few minutes.  I had to move the lamp.  He also climbs up into the table chairs and tries to climb on the table.  Eric is also capable of getting into his highchair at the tallest setting all by himself (we don't let him do this though except for the one time he showed us he could).  He was posing here so I just had to take his picture.

 The carousel....  The first couple times around Eric was unsure and then he decided he liked it.  He kept calling the horse Elmo :-).

Eric wanted to smash faces and hug Ella throughout the trip but he did not quite realize how big or sometimes rough he was.  We all had to keep a close eye on them.

 A Raccoon Cat looking animal that we were told was called Ba ti (not sure of the spelling).

Eric was interested in how the sand and water felt on his feet and would not look forward for any pictures.

The babies were mesmerized by the mariachi band which is why we had trouble taking their pictures.  They just wanted to look at the band.

They played so nicely together.  Eric could not figure out why Ella would not get up and walk around with him.  He kept trying to help her stand up (which at times was a little scary).

Eric Enjoying Bubbles

If you listen carefully Eric says Bubble 3 times in this video.  He really likes to play under the umbrella because he likes change in texture and height of anything he is walking on.
Eric's vocabulary increases every day.  He knows so many words.  It is so exciting!!!!
He can clearly say: (purple, blue, elbow, nose, up, down, house, ready, see ya, bye bye, moon, stars, knock knock, pout pout, mommy, momma, daddy, dadda, doggy, Franky, Trissy, kitty, turtle, fish, flow (for flower), cracker, wa wa for (water), car, side (for outside), door, sun, more, no, down, poo poo, pee pee, uh oh, piggy, duck, quack, chicky, froggy, book, rock, off , cold, burr, hot, ball, see, ice, tree, bird, bear, cow, shoes, socks, bubble, five, and I am sure there are others I can't think of right now.  That is around 50 words!!!!  He learns new things every day. 
Knock Knock, Pout Pout, and Piggy are part of the titles of some of his favorite books that he now asks for by name.
Eric can also sing the ABC's to the letter E or F all by himself.  I am trying to get this on video but have not been able to yet.

Eric went for his 15 month check up on Friday and is in the 75% for everything.  He weighs 26 lbs.

Eric with Danny's phone.  He loves phones.  Whenever a phone rings he says phone.   He also holds it up to his head and pretends that he is talking to someone.

Eric hanging out with the gang and Bogey the doggy.  It took him a little while to warm up to the new crowd but after a while he was comfortable and just wandered around looking at everything but always keeping daddy or I in sight.

We are currently 12 weeks pregnant with #2!!!! 

 Eric's brother or sister is due March 31st.

Eric finally decided he was brave enough to try feeding the donkeys.  He giggled when the donkey put his lips around his fingers.

Chateau Elan

Eric and I went to Chateau Elan 8-28-10 to celebrate our 5 Year Anniversary.  It was the first night we ever left the little guy over night.  He stayed with my parents and did great!!  We had a wonderful time!! 

We had a nice workout, delicious lunch with wine, a couples massage, laid by the pool, a 4 course dinner with wine, watched a movie in the room, and then had an excellent breakfast before heading back home.

We did not want to leave. 

We are now really looking forward to our upcoming vacation to Mexico with close friends. 

Only 15 days away!!!
