Everything went right in his mouth!!

Frank Babysitting

We sat Eric down on a blanket on the floor to practice sitting up and possibly crawling. He is not quite ready to crawl but is still trying very hard.

Frank did not like Eric being alone on the blanket so he decided to babysit.

Frank moved around but never left Eric's side. It was very cute!!!

The Boppy pillow is always behind Eric just in case he happens to fall backwards, which is what happened above.

6 Months Old

Eric wants to crawl so badly. He lays on his stomach and kicks his legs like he is trying to swim forward. Eric is able to roll from his stomach to his back and his back to his stomach. He is interested in everything and puts it all in his mouth. His new favorite trick is to put his arms up as if he is asking "Momma can you pick me up now?" It is very cute!

Eric is enjoying his tummy time more these days!!! He can turn himself around in a circle and he tries desperately to move forward by kicking his legs. He looks like he is swimming. Eric is also talking a lot. We have heard him say Da Da and Daddy several times.

Sick but still Happy!!

This morning Eric woke up all stuffy with a cough. He was not able to nurse so I took him to the doctor. The doctor said he just has a cold and should be fine in the next couple of days but everything looks good. Eric is a little cranky since he is sick and getting teeth. I am working from home today so that I can help him feel better.

He is getting not one tooth but two bottom teeth!!! Eric weighs 19.09Lbs. What a big boy!!!

He weighs around 20 lbs now and is eating rice cereal twice a day.

We will be starting with level 1 baby food vegetables either this week or next week.

Eric will be 5 months old on Thursday 11-5.
